Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
